Pretty Wonen's bolero/Jacket Match Your Fabulous Dress
1. Please note that it will normally take 20-25 days to tailor your shawl/jacket*, it might be more or less, depends on individual dress style and order quantity. And then 5-10 post days for international shipment.
2. If you need the jacket before a particular date, please kindly specify it in the 'Order Special Instruction' area when checking out.
3. If there is a rush order, we strongly suggest you to contact us before place order, to avoid in-executable order.
* The shawl/jacket which titled with "In Stock" or labelled as "READY TO SHIP" are already made and could be sent out in 3-5 days after order payment cleared.
Please follow the following four steps to return and get an exchange:
- 1. Get a Return Authorization number
- 2. Inspect merchandise
- 3. Ship merchandise to Dressilyme Warehouse
- 4. Dressilyme will inspect your package and arrange the appropriate credit to you in accordance with our policy.

- I'm not too pleased with the customer service on this web site. I've been waiting 4 days for a reply back and still haven't got one. Though now it's too late to even order from any other site seeing that my wear date is very soon. I'm starting to get a little worried that this is a scamming site.. suggestions or help anyone?

I ordered a dress on Feb. 17th and received it March 18th. It probably takes about a month if you picked your size and longer if you personally tailored. I wasnt too impressed with the service but it might be different for you.

I'm in the same boat as you ! Especially since they told me it should be done tailoring by march 16th and be here before the 24th yet its still in tailoring... and my wear date is April 2nd. I can't even get a reply back from them . Really bad customer service !!

- Yes, I have sent several emails out and nobody responds...its getting rediculous. I received my dress and im sending it back for a refund but I hope your ladies dresses are exactly what you want especially since Lisa's is April 2. I am strongly considering a complaint from PayPal as well. I only have 7 days to refund and none of them are responding to me...

- This bolero is made from a lovely semi-sheer organza and sits beautifully. I had this made to custom measurements and it is very beautiful, although a little tight in the arms. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the bolero sits beautifully and really compliments my wedding dress. The customer service I have received from dressilyme has been nothing short of brilliant. I have received responses to all my questions within 24 hours, sometimes immediately (despite being in different time zones). The ladies have been very understanding and have created a beautiful set of gowns and accessories for my wedding party - all of exceptional quality. I would definitely recommend buying from dressilyme.
